Homeowner's Insurance

Selkridge Insurance will, subject to the Limits of Liability, pay the Insured against loss of or damage to the Buildings or Contents caused by an Insured Peril.

Selkridge Insurance may at its option repair, reinstate or replace any property lost or damaged or may pay in cash the amount of the loss or damage to the insured item.

Builder's All Risks Insurance

Selkridge Insurance  shall indemnify the Insured against all risks of direct physical loss of, or damage to "The Works  erected or in the course of erection, including the materials brought onto the site of the Contract works, arising from any cause whatsoever.

Requirements

When securing coverage for your Home or Home Construction, please provide the following information:

• Name, Address

• Square footage of the dwelling

• Age of building

• Any recent renovation

• Construction class of the building. Here are the three classes of buildings:

  Dwelling Class	Description
  A	Building constructed of external walls of plastered hollow/ concrete blocks, concrete floors with roof of Galvanise iron sheets/ or other non combustible material on wooden frame

  
   

• Electronic Items: (usually defined as stereo, videos, computers NOT kitchen appliances.)
  It is important to provide the correct market value of your electronic items so as to receive the best quote.
