Cancer Care Plus

This product helps meet the high costs of treating cancer, which affects 1 out of every 4 families today. A lump sum up to $40,000.00 is payable upon diagnosis, to provide immediate cash relief. Other payments, such as in-hospital income, surgery, medication, x-ray and chemotherapy will be made as treatment progresses. Plus, up to $100,000 of Term Life insurance as a death benefit if the worst happens.

Cancer Emergency Cash: Up to $40,000 lump sum diagnosis benefit upon confirmed diagnosis of cancer
Hospital Confinement Income: You will receive up to $ 12,000 a month or $400 per day if you are hospitalised due to Cancer, for up to 365 days
In-Hospital Expense Coverages:
1. Up to $10,000 for specified surgical procedures. Payments will be based upon the reasonable and customary charges and the corresponding maximum amount for each procedure stated in the Surgical Schedule of the policy.
2. Up to $1,000 is payable for medication and medicines prescribed during hospital confinement due to Cancer
3. Up to $4,000 maximum (at $40 per day) for each visit by an attending physician for treatment.
4. Up to $3,000 for blood and blood plasma charges incurred in treatment.
Specialized Treatment: Up to $2,000 for X-ray, Cobalt and Chemotherapy treatments, in or out of hospital.
Term Life Insurance: Up to $100,000 of Term Life Insurance Coverage for an insured who dies due to any cause while the policy is enforced.
